Seafood stuffed Crepe Savoury herb crepe filled with shrimp, salmon, scallops. Topped with a rich cheese and chive sauce TT$65 US$10

Crab-stuffed grouper fillet Fresh fillet of Tobago grouper stuffed with seasoned crabmeat. Baked and served with a saffron beurre blanc sauce TT$155 US$24
