Come Sail Away to Seafood Heaven

Sails, temporarily relocated to Sweet Water Marina, is the flagship of Trinidad’s small fleet of waterfront restaurants. In air-conditioned comfort or on the open air deck on the Gulf of Paria, Sails’ Caribbean and international dishes are far too good for “casual dining”; call it “fine dining in shorts”. The seafood is particularly good but everything seems to taste better under the stars, with nature as your orchestra. Grill nights run from Friday to Sunday with the a la carte menu available all week. The Sails experience is often enhanced by live local musicians. Enjoy sporting events on television or friendly games of pool. Sails is not just a place to eat but the place to be: your mainstay on the mainland.
