Meishi: The Summit of the Evolution of Kam Wah

The Aleong family named Kam Wah’s new restaurant, Meishi (pronounced, May-shee) as carefully as representative family members have run the family business. Meishi means fine delicacies or gourmet cuisine and, in its elegant dining room reflecting ancient Han dynasty China and contemporary Guangzhou province, Meishi’s Chinese-born chefs serve the very best of delicate gourmet Chinese dishes. From hand-rolled dim sum through its amazing seafood to the legendary Peking duck, Meishi’s offers wide-ranging Chinese cuisine served in the high-end dining room it deserves. Fine dining elegance – and whole steamed ginger-garlic fish and ginger-poached chicken with toasted ginger-garlic dipping aioli – really shouldn’t be so affordable!
