Since 1996, Apsara’s colonial mansion dining rooms have been the high-water mark for authentic sub-continental Indian fine dining. The 2015/16 revamp makes Trinidad’s best and oldest Indian restaurant even more beautiful – and the food remains magnificent! Apsara’s entertainment/lifestyle centre also offers Thai fine dining (Tamnak Thai, pg 28), a patio sushi bar, the Old Havana cigar bar (where you can enjoy a Savannah sunset with real Cubans to match single malts, brandies, cognacs and premium Caribbean rums). The Asian-themed Siam is Trinidad’s most exclusive nightlife experience and the natural habitat of Trinidad’s most discerning citizens.
